Agreement to Terms

By creating an account on AKSADHA, you agree to these Registration Terms & Rules, our Site Guidelines, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not register or use our services.

Eligibility

Age Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register

  • If you are under 18, you must have parental consent

  • You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement

Account Restrictions

  • You may only create one account

  • Accounts are personal and non-transferable

  • You must not have been previously banned from AKSADHA

Account Creation

  • Contact preferences

Verification

  • We may require additional verification for marketplace sellers

  • Verified accounts receive special designation

Account Security

Your Responsibilities

  • Keep your password secure and confidential

  • Do not share your account credentials

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

  • Use a strong, unique password

  • Enable two-factor authentication when available

Our Rights

  • Suspend accounts showing suspicious activity

  • Require password resets for security purposes

  • Implement additional security measures as needed

  • Terminate accounts violating security policies

User Conduct

Acceptable Use

  • Engage respectfully with the community

  • Contribute constructive, relevant content

  • Follow marketplace guidelines for transactions

  • Report violations of our terms

Prohibited Activities

  • Creating fake or multiple accounts

  • Impersonating others

  • Automated access (bots, scrapers) without permission

  • Interfering with site operations

  • Circumventing access restrictions or bans

Content Ownership and Licence

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post

  • You grant AKSADHA a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute your content

  • This licence continues even if you delete your account (for archival purposes)

  • You can delete specific content at any time

Your Representations

  • You own or have rights to content you post

  • Your content does not violate others' rights

  • Your content complies with applicable laws

  • You have obtained necessary consents and releases

Our Content

  • AKSADHA owns the platform, design, and functionality

  • Our trademarks and branding are protected

  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary content

Marketplace Terms

Seller Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate item descriptions

  • Honor sale commitments

  • Communicate promptly with buyers

  • Comply with consumer protection laws

  • Pay applicable taxes and fees

Buyer Responsibilities

  • Complete agreed transactions

  • Communicate respectfully

  • Review items promptly

  • Report issues according to our process

Transaction Disputes

  • AKSADHA is not a party to transactions

  • Users must resolve disputes directly

  • We provide a mediation framework but cannot guarantee outcomes

  • Serious violations may result in account action

Fees and Payments

Current Fee Structure

  • Basic membership: Free

Termination

By You

  • Some information may be retained as legally required

By Us We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these terms or site guidelines

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Harm to other users or the platform

  • Inactivity (after notice)

  • Any reason with or without notice

Effects of Termination

  • Loss of access to your account and content

  • Forfeiture of unused credits or benefits

  • Ongoing marketplace obligations must still be honoured.

  • No refund of fees paid

  • We do not warrant accuracy of user-generated content

Limitation of Liability

  • AKSADHA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the past 12 months

  • We are not liable for user conduct or transactions

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AKSADHA from claims arising from:

  • Your use of the platform

  • Your content

  • Your violation of these terms

  • Your violation of others' rights
